Element has an opportunity for a Senior Marketing Spercialist. In this role you will create highly engaging content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers. You will regularly produce and distribute online and offline content, including, but not limited to, email, social media posts, blogs and white papers.

 

Responsibilities Research content to ensure that it is accurate, complete, and technically and commercially viable, with minimal input from technical stakeholdersUse search engine optimisation (SEO) best practices to monitor and improve SEO rankings to generate traffic to our siteKeep up to date with the latest digital and social media strategies and collaborate with other business departments to create innovative content ideasAnalyse content marketing metrics and makes changes as neededProvide event marketing support in the form of email invitations, website page creation, and specific campaigns targeted at increasing event registrations, email templates, automation campaigns, post-show surveys, etc.Assist with building and executing an editorial calendar for email marketing and lead generation-focused automation campaigns relevant to the specified sectorLiaise with Element’s PPC consultants to ensure the success of any AdWords campaigns which fall under the specified Element business sector Skills / Qualifications 4  year degree in related field and 2 plus years of Marketing experienceProficiency in web analytics software, SEO and keyword toolsProficiency in digital marketing platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook ads, InstagramAbility to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendationsAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, customer testing specifications, and procedure manualsAbility to write routine reports and correspondence and speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizationAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsAbility to interpret a variety of instructions, data and details furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formProficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel)Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events / projects in the community, with customers and within the companyAbility to remain calm when faced with mounting pressure related to deadlines and multiple prioritiesWell-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needsGood interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect Company Overview
