Job DescriptionAre you a marketing expert looking for an opportunity to define and lead the evolution of a brand?
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will take the lead in developing and executing Annual and Long-Range Plan Marketing Strategies and Initiatives in partnership with the Market/Segment Manager and Product Managers. Your expertise will drive profitable revenue growth as you identify and target key marketing opportunities for our brand and products. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product teams to create and implement impactful marketing strategies and tactics that deliver results. This brand has been identified as a key area of growth for the organization.
How you will Make an Impact:
Collaboration and Coordination
Highly collaborative role requiring tight cooperation with product segment teams, product design, sales, and other functional team members.Engage with internal and external teams to drive consistent, high-quality end user engagement.Act as the main contact for outside creative agency; responsible for project planning documents, editing support, and approvals.Participate in collaborative go-to-market efforts including trade show planning, social content.Assemble training presentations for distribution channels and internal sales team.Review & update marketing infrastructure systems including database system, extranet, myWelds, sales teams communication tools, and customer-facing website.
Marketing Strategy and Execution
Create marketing strategies and tactics in conjunction with Market Segment Manager and Product Managers to influence consumer and business to purchase products or services.Develop and support go-to-market & launch planning activities in conjunction with product teams.Research and analyze industry trends and data to shape marketing strategies and tactics.Analyze and utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.Leads day-to-day management and execution of marketing activities including creative briefs, marketing plans, and product marketing activities.Manage and balance marketing budgets.Brand Awareness and Communication
Build brand and product awareness through various media outlets.Effectively communicate marketing initiatives to internal and external audiences.Assist Product Managers with competitive analysis, product, market landscapes, marketing strategies and campaigns, and value proposition creation.Support Product Managers with surveys and customer interview discussion guides.What you need to do to be successful:
