Senior Martech Program Strategist

For our Marketing Technology Services Practice in Prague, we are looking for a Senior Martech Program Strategist. This is a hybrid workplace. You will report to our Marketing Services Manager.

These would be your main tasks and responsibilities in the role:

Strategic Planning: you will develop and execute a comprehensive MarTech strategy that supports our marketing and business goals. You will also evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance the MarTech stack.Program Management: you will lead and manage MarTech projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline and budget. You will also coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, sales, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and execution of MarTech initiatives.Technology Implementation & Integration: you will oversee the implementation and integration of marketing technologies such as CRM, marketing automation, CMS, analytics, and other tools. You will also ensure MarTech systems are properly integrated and data flows smoothly between platforms.Data Management & Analysis: you will ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all MarTech systems. You will also analyze data to generate actionable insights, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve customer experience.Stakeholder Management: you will collaborate with senior leadership to align MarTech initiatives with business objectives. You will also communicate program status, updates, and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Optimization & Innovation: you will continuously monitor and assess the performance of MarTech tools and processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation. You will also stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology to keep the organization at the forefront of the industry.Training & Support: you will provide training and support to marketing teams to ensure effective use of MarTech tools. You will also develop documentation and best practices for MarTech processes and systems.
