**Job Summary**
Receive shipments, transfer material into applicable storage locations and update ERP with all required shipment information. Clean parts and assist with incoming inspection.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Receive shipments, transfer material into applicable storage locations and update ERP with all required shipment information.
+ Clean parts and assist with incoming inspection.
+ Count, weigh, and record materials moved or handled in an ERP system
+ Maintain inventory traceability by labeling/marking all inventory from point of receipt until point of use.
+ Accurately locating and pulling required materials from storage areas based on production orders (parts kitting)
+ Delivering materials to designated production workstations in a timely manner.
+ Inspecting materials for quality and reporting any discrepancies.
+ Work with the team to improve current system, functions, and daily operations to more effectively meet goals
+ Maintain system critical data elements
+ May monitor shipping performance to Delivery Tracking Schedule (DTS) and ensure movement of product from production through packaging to shipping
+ Perform materials analysis and maintains records as required in support of cycle counting operations and performance measurement
+ Read work orders or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved
+ Open containers using steel cutters, crowbar, claw hammer, or other hand tools
+ Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations
+ Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED
+ Two or more years experience
+ May require forklift certification
