Job Description SummaryWe have a great opportunity for a Senior Material Supply Delivery Leader to join our busy team at our facility in Cheltenham. In this role you will be leading a team of Material Fulfilment Leaders and Specialists (approx 23 indirect and 5 direct) to deliver sustainable supply across all product platforms to multiple Customers and Programs.

You will play a crucial role in developing and communicating supplier performance metrics and delivery commitments that align with business needs. This position requires collaboration across various functions within the organisation to address and resolve issues. A proven history of leading and building teams in a growth-oriented environment is essential.

Required QualificationsThis role requires significant experience in Sourcing & Supply Chain ManagementKnowledge level is comparable to a master’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge and experience.
