Description:
- Create detailed punch-lists and construction observation reports.
- Review submittals and promptly respond to Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Oversee AGi32 file setup and perform lighting layouts.
- Size and select HVAC equipment.
- Complete psychrometric analysis for dehumidification processes.
- Efficiently size and layout mechanical equipment rooms.
- Identify chase requirements during design and construction.
- Proficiently analyze air balancing for HVAC systems.
- Design HVAC equipment layouts.
- Size and lay out HVAC ducts.
- Proficiently handle domestic water service and distribution piping.
- Size sanitary waste and vent piping.
- Utilize AutoCAD and/or Revit for design work.
- Meet project deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in mechanical engineering, ASHRAE standards, Florida Energy Code, and NFPA regulations.
- Knowledge of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) is considered a plus.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in conducting field surveys, system selection, and the development of engineering drawings and specifications necessary for bidding and construction. Experience in a consulting engineering environment is highly desired.
