As the Budget and Planning Analyst, you will take the lead in running all aspects of operations and resources for an assigned functional team in North America. Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of and run budgets for Approved Spend, Forecasted Spend, Actuals, and Remaining Budget.
Collaborate with project leads on Core Propulsion and Vehicle Integration programs.
Define planned expenditures for Direct Labor, Outside Engineering, EDD, and Proto Parts.
Capture and compile actual spend data for analysis and reporting.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive budget and planning database using tools like Power BI or Microsoft Access.
Prepare and deliver monthly budget management reports.
Coordinate with the Purchase Requisition team for expenditure approvals and follow up with suppliers.
Lead dashboard management activities and verify invoice approvals for payment.
Required SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in budget coordination and management.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with advanced Excel skills.
Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to maintain a positive demeanor in a dynamic environment.
