Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Mechanical Tech Lead/Manager with a strong background in power systems and experience working on Navy projects or contracts. The successful candidate will lead the mechanical engineering team in the design, development, and implementation of power systems and related mechanical components, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and compliance with military specifications. This position after 90 days onsite has potential 1-2 days remote work per week.
