The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for a skilled Microsoft Endpoint Management (MEM) Engineer, specializing in Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM, formerly SCCM) to support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program.  The candidate will join a team of engineers responsible for engineering and implementing an enterprise Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Solution.  The UEM solution shall be capable of managing all Windows endpoints on SIPR.

On the EITaaS program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DAF to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.

Responsibilities:

Serve as overall Subject Matter Expert for all MECM functionalityServe as an experienced MECM engineer assisting with the design and implementation of the MECM solution for the DAF.Ensuring the design of the solution is scalable to meet DAF needs/growth.Establishing procedures based on industry best practices for both routine and zero-day patch management.Deploy applications and application updates based on defined criteria.Remediate issues related to failed patches or applications and conflicts related to patching.Design and implement Operating System Deployment (OSD) capabilities using MECM.Create documentation/SOPs for new procedures and manual steps to complete tasks for soft hand-offs and cross-training of support personnel.Operate and maintain the overall MECM infrastructure supporting the enterprise.Track all relevant SLA/SLRs and provide reports as required.Collaborate with DAF enterprise and program security teams to ensure requirements are met within allotted timeframes.Communicate effectively and collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and peers.

Qualifications:

Required: 

Active DoD secret clearance10+ Years of relevant experience (bachelor’s degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).Security+ or equivalent certificationExperience testing, deploying, and troubleshooting the installation of Microsoft and third-party software updates.Experience building/deploying application packages in SCCM 2012/MECM Current Branch.Experience managing a large MECM infrastructure.Experience managing Windows Servers and Workstations.Experience working in a DoD classified environment.Familiarity with STIG requirementsFamiliarity with ITILv4Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologiesStrong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
