Senior Media Planning Manager

A multinational consumer and industrial firm is seeking a Senior Media Planning Manager (Full-time, Remote) to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of digital media campaigns across the Asia region for a multinational consumer and industrial firm. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through innovative and measurable digital media strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own and develop integrated media strategies that align with business goals and target audiences across key markets, including Japan, Korea, ANZ, Taiwan, India, and Southeast Asia.Plan, execute, and optimize digital media campaigns across various platforms: display, native, social, and performance.Conduct media data analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and drive customer engagement throughout the consumer journey.Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to enhance paid media efficiency and ensure alignment with strategic marketing plans.Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities for media execution.Act as a subject matter expert in digital media and campaigns, mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of innovation.REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience in digital media and marketing, with a proven track record in campaign strategy and execution in Asia.Proficiency in digital media planning tools and analytics platforms, such as Adobe Analytics.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
