The Patient Service Coordinator II licensed/MA-C provides support for the SCI Reid Family Innovative Therapeutics and Research Unit (ITU), exercising independence in the planning and accomplishment of a wide spectrum of supportive duties.

Required Qualifications: 

Graduate of certified medical assistant program. Washington Medical Assistant Certification upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.  Obtaining insurance verifications, referrals and authorizations.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school with emphasis in Health Care preferred. 1 year - Medical assistant experience in a healthcare setting (i.e. physician’s office, scheduler, etc.).
