Senior Medical Office Representative at Providence St Vincent Medical Center, in Portland, OR.

Full-Time/Day Shift 

Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

The Sr. Medical Office Representative is the point of contact for patients in the Pharmacotherapy Clinic. This position provides operational support to maintain patient flow, coordinate care, and triage, gather and manage patient clinical information. This person is the point of contact for patients in the Providence Pharmacotherapy Clinic who provides operational support to assure patients receiving specialty medications get the best quality of care. They will start at reception to coordinate appointments and triage phone calls. May grow to complete prior authorization and financial assistance, gather and manage patient clinical information. Diseases supported include osteoporosis, hepatitis C, multiple sclerosis, dermatology, and HIV care.

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training: College-level health care management course work. EMR experience.
