Our client is seeking a Meditech Analyst for a 3 month project that could extend longer term. Our client owns 2 hospitals that will be experience a meditech down paperdown time and need a consultant to advise on patient access.

This consultant will be assessing and optimizing workflows for Patient Access, Scheduling, HIM, and billing; managing report generation/storage for demographic and appointment data; and providing downtime preparation planning, including care coordination and charge capture. Expertise in report writing and transitioning facility structures is essential.

- This role is mostly remote with some onsite work in Brocketon and Cambridge (once a week max at each location)

Expertise in Patient Access, Scheduling, HIM, and patient/client billing modulesAbility to assess current operations to confirm or recommend best practice downtime preparation assistance including workflow design, report management (e.g., generation and storage of electronic files including future patient appointments, OR schedules, etc.), charge capture/billingBackground in patient registration, downtime preparation planning and care coordination (including charge capture/billing)Report writer experience; Knowledge in printing/exporting standard reports. Goal is the ability to capture demographic information for in-house patients, future scheduled patients
