As the Senior Merchandising Specialist, you will drive our product strategy to optimize our key customer needs by collaborating with multiple departments to leverage our product insights and refine our merchandising approach. You'll lead the development of our assortment line products and help us tailor our approach to maximize our product effectiveness with our key accounts. In This Role\nLead the development of assortment line plans and drive the execution of high-impact product strategies that align with key account customer needs \nPartner with Merchant and Planning teams to analyze sales performance and market data; continuously refining product strategies to drive business growth \nOversee SKU health across ecommerce platform(s) and verify data integrity and accuracy \nCollaborate directly with Key Accounts and Customer Projects to support product development efforts \nManage imagery and proprietary image requirements to maintaining the highest standards of brand consistency and relevance \nRefine and optimize merchandising strategies across customer websites to drive visibility and optimize engagement through a data-driven and innovate approach \nManage, analyze, and report on post-launch marketing campaigns; leveraging insights to evaluate campaign performance and impact \nDrive product inclusion for marketing initiatives and physical retail for key customers; providing a seamless integration and alignment with broader product strategy \nProactively utilize data and market insights to collaborate with Customer Projects Key Account Developers to tailor customer product strategies \nCultivate a comprehensive understanding of market trends, customer assortments, and specific customer requirements to ensure the organization remains agile and competitive \nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team \nOther duties as assigned by Management\n

The Ideal Person\n6+ years of experience in B2B digital or ecommerce customer facing role \nBachelors degree preferred in Merchandising\nAdvance proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots, formulas, etc.)  \nExcellent proficiency in Google and Microsoft suite of software \nExemplary organizational skills, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively \nProject management experience is a plus \nFriendly and collaborative demeanor, with the ability to work well in cross-functional team environments \nActive and engaged listener with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate both verbally and written \nAdvanced problem solving skills, ability to work independently\n
