You Are:

Senior Metrics Analyst Reports is responsible for the creation of our AMS iBoard Solution, supported by Power BI and will produce the Support Outcomes Metrics Model.

 

The Opportunity:

·        Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to create and manage BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge ·        Reads/interprets SLAs and KPIs in contractual defining documents (SOWs, Exhibits, etc) and understands the nature of the data necessary for producing the required reports ·        Formulates and asks questions to the client to determine best sources for the data ·        Understands client’s technical environment and creates requirements for data identification, collection, processing, and reporting in UST Global environment ·        Defines and writes processes necessary for data extraction, data collection, reporting and trending ·        Analyzes data / trends and identifies opportunities for improvement · Assists Process Analyst in defining data entry requirements for team to have the necessary data for the output reports ·        Support Client Dashboard and the solution we call “iBoard” from a business perspective ·        Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting · Evaluate and improve existing BI systems · Collaborate with teams to integrate systems · Develop and execute database queries and conduct analyses ·        Create visualizations and reports for requested projects · Develop and update technical documentation · ·        Design, build and deploy BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools) ·    

What you need:

·        Proficient in ServiceNow, Rally, HPMS, Clarity and/or similar tools for ticket tracking and request tracking ·        At least 10 years experience in data and business analysis · ·        Strong experience designing, developing and maintaining business intelligence solutions · `· Solid business acumen and problem-solving aptitude · ·        Ability to translate business needs to technical specifications ·        In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework   ·        Strong experience designing, building and deploying BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools) · Proven abilities to take initiative and be innovative · ·        Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist ·

 

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.  As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $94,0000-143,000
