As a Senior Military Analyst, Joint Staff with AMERICAN SYSTEMS, you will have an opportunity to do the following:

Candidates will draw on military experience gained from serving as senior officers to synthesize national strategic documents (National Military Strategy, National Defense Strategy, etc.) and understand how these documents guide strategic and operational plans. Candidates will lead the design, plan, and strategic approach of each CSA assessment. Candidates will use research, analytical and writing skills to develop technical reports/briefings, studies, and related documents, many of which will be viewed by senior DoD leadership. Candidates will use advanced people skills to coordinate meetings and interviews and to negotiate resolution of differences between OSD, Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, Military Services and Combat Support Agencies. Candidates will travel to Combatant Commands and other components to conduct interviews.
