**Description & Requirements**
**ManTech** is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Mission Networks Technology Sensing Analyst** to join our team in the Glen Burnie, Maryland or **Herndon, Virginia** area. This position can be worked remotely with 75% travel
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Supports the Cyber Innovation Lead in collecting and distributing knowledge for the team in the area of mission applications, computing, networks, and related technologies
+ Related technologies include future computing technologies (quantum, etc.), server technologies (cloud/edge), network equipment (LAN/WAN/Long Haul), attached communications networks (wireless, RF, optical), advanced operating systems, etc.
+ Work with program partners, academia, and DoD and IC research entities to keep updated on the latest advances in the mission applications, computing, and networks of our Mission Partners
+ Assists the Cyber Innovation KP and Cyber Operations Lead KP in market research, academic outreach, and venture capital, private equity, and industry engagement
+ Assess the utility of proposed innovation technologies at a deep technology level; help document the innovations in the knowledge base; and assist the transition into further development and operations
+ Work with the TDL and Mission Engagement Leads to keep informed on the Mission Partner network and application needs
+ Partner with Business Development/Growth Teams on potential new work
+ Alternate between on-contract efforts and innovation search as necessary
+ Support and mentor program managers and engineers attempting to implement new technology
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
+ Five or more (5+) years of position-specific relevant experience
+ Experience with building or maintaining DoD/IC mission networks or systems
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
+ Relevant industry standard certifications in areas such as CISSP, CEH or GCIH
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ TS/SCI
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
+ Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
+ Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
+ The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
+ The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $102,700.00-$170,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
