This includes being responsible for the development and application of advanced techniques and algorithms to improve our ad network. You have, or will develop, a deep understanding of the ad network behavior. This means working with business and engineering leadership to develop and prioritize an innovation roadmap across multiple technical domains. You'll own the function that conceives of, develops, and delivers innovative capabilities that differentiate our products that are core to our business! We are looking for an outstanding hands-on machine learning (ML) manager who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. In this role you'll be responsible fore the strategy and development of our retrieval system and strategy which matches users to our with our Ads. You will work closely with Product Management partners to build a roadmap and lead teams to propose, design and analyze new algorithms; detect meaningful data patterns and signals while adhering to our strict privacy policies; measuring user, campaign and app performance; and finally analyzing the results of substantial large-scale experiments. Your ability to be an extraordinary teammate under tight deadline constraints is key to success. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $219,300 and $378,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
