Kforce is for a Senior Mobile Engineer (Reactive Native) to join a fast paced, "start up"-like team creating cross platform applications. This role will collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and business partners distributed across the U.S. In this role, the Senior Mobile Engineer will help design, build, and maintain a new, highly scalable application that will delight millions of customers. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, highly collaborative, and passionate about creating customer experiences that are both frictionless and delightful. This position will sit on-site in Grapevine, TX 5 days per week. Responsibilities: * Deliver highly scalable customer-facing products and features, used by millions customers * Participate in and provide input to technical decisions * Refine the app frameworks, processes, and standards * Write scalable, performant, readable, and tested code * Monitor, track, and optimize performance on an ongoing basis * Provide mentorship and guidance to peers and more junior engineers * Use data to provide input to prioritization decisions * Thrive in an ambiguous environment, be resourceful, and make tradeoffs to deliver customer impact * Exhibit a bias for action, constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience * Establish strong working relationships across all levels and functions of the organization * Ensure all deadlines are met and other responsibilities as assigned * Operate independently given direction, set direction and bring ideas and solutions to issues raised
