ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Model-Based Systems Engineer** to join our team in **Lexington Park, MD** . **Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:** + Applies engineering principles to investigate, analyze, plan, design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate military weapons systems + Reviews and prepares engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation + Applies systems engineering experience to perform system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, or acquisition and resource management + Analyzes, designs, develops, implements, tests, or evaluates software, components, or systems related to requirements of military weapons systems, associated support systems, or management information systems + Travel up to 25% **Basic Qualifications:** + Master’s degree in Engineering or an Engineering related discipline + 10+ years of Systems Engineering experience + 3+ years in tandem, of experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering principles and tools + Experience using MBSE Tools, such as Cameo System Modeler, Cameo Enterprise Architect, Teamwork Cloud, and Cameo Collaborator **Preferred Qualifications:** + 4+ years of experience with NAVAIR Systems Engineering experience **Security Clearance Requirements:** + Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Top-Secret Clearance with ability to obtain SCI eligibility **Physical Requirements:** + The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. + Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
