Kforce is working with a client in search of a fulltime Senior Motion Planning Software Engineer. This position requires employees to report to the Lawrenceville office 5 days a week. Summary As a Senior Motion Planning Software Engineer in our Robot Software Department, you will focus on the design and implementation of motion planning software for our autonomous mobile robots. As a core team member, you will work in an Agile software development environment to improve the existing motion planning software. These improvements will help make our autonomous robots more effective and reliable in uncertain and dynamic environments. Responsibilities: * Senior Motion Planning Software Engineer will design, implement, and maintain the motion planning subsystem of autonomous robots * Participate in requirements-driven, object-oriented software design * Implement & deploy software in both simulation and physical targets * Participate in an Agile development environment
