You Are:

UST is looking for Senior Net Developer. The resource will be the first developer on a newly formed team and must demonstrate autonomy, a strong willingness to learn business processes, and a proactive approach to tackling complex business challenges. The ideal resource should have experience in systems analysis and troubleshooting, utilizing Azure App Insights (or similar tools) and Redgate SQL tools. They should also be capable of developing plans and processes to minimize downtime and manage system or server stress.

 

The Opportunity:

·       Develop technical documents such as Functional Design Specifications, Deployment documentation.

·       Perform design document reviews, peer code reviews and suggest code improvements.

·       A single point of contact for the build and deployment issues and resolve them on time.

·       Learn technology, business domain, system domain individually and as recommended by the project/account.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What You Need:

·       Development technologies including:

o    Microsoft Web forms

o    Microsoft .Net Core

o    Microsoft C#

o    Microsoft ADO pipelines

o    Microsoft Azure Data Factory

o    ORM such as Entity Framework and/or Dapper

o    Angular (Components & Typescript)

·       SQL Server:

o    Transact-SQL including complex queries, stored procedures and functions

o    Query Optimization

o    Experience with large datasets

o    Change data capture

·       SDLC:

o    Agile and all Scrum ceremonies

o    Contribute to story creation, refinement and planning

o    CI/CD with ADO pipelines (gitflow branching, pull requests)

·       Systems Analysis:

o    Redgate SQL Tools

o    Azure App Insights

·       Excellent communication skills

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Colorado

Compensation Range: $94,000-$142,000

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
