In this role, you will:
Define and implement efficient end-to-end infrastructure provisioning automationServe as a subject matter expert & champion for automation/orchestrationSupport existing technical service offerings with automation functionalityIdentify the automation orchestration related opportunities throughout the organizationIndependently lead the design of automation solutions to include hardware platforms, services, and operation systemsConduct research and testing of new technologies to help solidify technical directionWork with internal as well as external resources to achieve project goals Trains and mentors staff.Conduct formal training sessions and recommends training vendors. Troubleshoots and resolves complex issues.Thoroughly understand and comply with Information Technology and Information Security policies and procedures.
Skills Required:
Adequate understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle principles through GitOpsAutomation/Orchestration experience: Ansible, Decisions, Postman, ServiceNow, Git, etc. including strong coding/scripting experience in at least one languageAdequate technical competencies with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery Pipeline process and technologies through the Atlassian product suite (Bitbucket, Bamboo, JIRA and Confluence)Previous API development experienceIndependent self-starter to lead projects from design to productionStrong written and verbal skillsStrong interpersonal skillsIntricate knowledge of IT infrastructure and workflows: hardware, OS, networking, storage, databases, etc.Strong teamwork and customer support focusAbility to handle numerous conflicting priorities in a professional mannerTeam building and problem resolution skills.

Nice to Haves:
Understanding of network provisioning and automationExperience with DNS, load balancing, and firewall technology concepts as it relates to application architectureProficient understanding of Amazon Web Services and Azure/GCP
Qualifications
Minimum of five years related work experience. Network experience preferred.Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience.Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) preferred.
