Nature & Scope-Principal Areas of Responsibilities:

●      Lead infrastructure related projects.  Design, coordinate and implement high quality customized solutions to support the business requirements

●      Manage multi-datacenter distributed components of our infrastructure including firewalls, core switches and SD-WAN

●      Must be able to troubleshoot and configure Industrial Control Networks

●      Network (LAN and SDWAN), remote access, routers, wireless, firewalls, IDS/IPS and load balancer support

●      Contribute to Problem Management as appropriate

●      Assist with the creation of operational metrics and KPIs

●      Support continuous service improvement initiatives by identifying and executing opportunities to enhance processes and services

●      Support and contribute to enhancing Knowledge Management

●      Conduct operational support in a manner that is ITIL process driven and documented including relevant Change Management practices

●      Maintain productive working relationships with peer IT teams, business teams, department leads and end users across the enterprise

●      Collaborate with the Security and Risk Team to fulfill audit requests to maintain compliance; help drive risk mitigation efforts to address findings

●      Follow the directives of the Network Manager, IT Director, and PMs for all tasks assigned
