This critical role will report directly to the Worldwide Director of Infrastructure and Operations and will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting OT/IIOT technologies across multiple global locations. Key Responsibilities: + Oversee and manage the organization’s OT/IIOT network infrastructure, including controls, firewalls, switches, PLC controllers, and related technologies. + Design, program, and maintain networks for manufacturing systems utilizing industrial protocols such as Modbus and Profinet, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. + Provide technical support for manufacturing machinery and systems, enabling efficient operations across our 12 global locations. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure systems, ensure compliance with industry standards, and implement robust incident response processes. + Maintain and enhance general networking systems, including firewalls, switches, routers, and SD-WAN infrastructure. + Conduct site visits (up to 20% travel, potentially globally) to assess and optimize infrastructure and systems on-site.
