Responsibilities Support ATM and Frame Relay Respond to trouble tickets from the Help Desk automated trouble ticketing system Perform network-related hardware and software System Administration functions best suited for after hours, including patches, upgrades, service packs, hotfixes, etc. Ensure system availability, reliability, and serviceability. Qualifications Minimum four (4) years of experience working with the TCP/IP networking environment, Windows Server, Active Directory, MS Exchange Online, O365, and Azure cloud technology Possess and maintain a current Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Cloud certification Strong knowledge of Domain Names Services (DNS), server and cloud security concepts, desktop applications, and operating systems, and a high level of familiarity with networking technologies and capable of troubleshooting all levels of network connectivity issues including, but not limited to, network outages, switch failures, network performance, network interface card (NIC), cabling, TCP/IP configuration. Knowledge of and familiarity with Wide Area Network (WAN) technologies including, but not limited to, routers. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
