Must be willing to work after hours and weekends during maintenance windows on-site on an as-needed basis (10-25% expected travel to data center sites) JOB DUTIES: - 24x7x365 infrastructure operations support serving in on-call rotation -Hybrid Environment (Azure and on-prem)/ Experience inAzure required - Working within team for successful completion of all tasks within the Statement of Work for assigned area of responsibility. That includes: Network, Security, DNS, DHCP, VOIP, Identity and Access Management, and Server Operations. - Will review monitoring tools to identify trends and proactive identification of potential customer impacting events. - Recommending changes to processes or procedures to improve efficiency or reduce costs in future projects. - Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software with IT infrastructure.   WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: - Bachelor’s degree in related field.
