Senior Network Engineer - AAA/NAC (Hybrid)

3 Days Hybrid from any of our locations in RI, NJ, MA, NC, TX or AZ

Role is not relocation eligible. 

We are seeking a AAA/NAC Senior Network Engineer to design and implement AAA and NAC strategies for our internal infrastructure. While in this role, you will play a critical role in the management of the computer networks of the entirety of the organization. You will work alongside a team of highly skilled engineers while working to plan, implement and oversee the computer networks and infrastructure critical to Citizen’s business operations. Lastly, you will leverage their technical expertise to ensure the stability of Citizens business operations and successful deployment of new branch and office locations. Primary responsibilities include

Participation in Agile Scrum ceremonies and development curation of product backlogBuild new AAA/NAC infrastructure and execute changes assigned for maintenance, upgrades, and new featuresEnsure that configuration backup of all the system/devices is up to dateReview logs/monitoring data/reports to identify capacity bottleneck and suggest for improvementGenerate the various reports required for operations managementKeep tickets up to date as per response SLA in ITSM(SNOW) tool Contribute knowledge articles and update them in a timely manner when requiredMonitor and manage networks; identify potential entry points or weaknesses; detect intrusions; manage and ensure the functionality of prevention technologies.Manage highly complex secure connectivity solutions to ensure the integrity of Citizens sensitive financial data and mission critical resources.Collaborate with other engineering and IT teams to plan, develop, execute and support infrastructure and network related projects; offer thought leadership in regards to network security and management.Offer Tier II technical network support; leverage knowledge of network analysis and performance evaluation to provide Tier II technical support; Assist with the resolution of escalating tickets; offer general support to IT service operations.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

Background in networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCPExperience investigating and diagnosing incidents and problems relating to AAA and NAC related servicesExperience with 802.1x, MAB, Guest, BYOD, Wired & Wireless authenticationExperience with industry standard deployments (Cisco ISE, Aruba Clearpass)Experience with TACACS+, RADIUS, MFA solutionsExperience with automation and scripting languages such as Terraform, Python, and/or RESTful APICloud network expertise: virtual networks, hybrid connectivity, firewalls, DNS, and network threat managementStrong written and oral communication skills5+ years of experience working with industry leading AAA/NAC solutions5+ years of experience in Network Security3+ years of experience developing public cloud workloads in at least one major CSP(Azure, AWS, or GCP)

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40 hours / salaryWork Schedule: Normal business

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $99,200  - $148,800  per year plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
