Your role at Baxter

The Senior Network Planner coordinates the production of finished goods for a complex product line while balancing plant efficiency, sales, distribution, customer service and inventory requirements.

What you'll be doingResponsible for end-to-end network of supply chain planning and deployment of the productsControlling the inventory levels of Finished Goods, RM and WIPManaging daily system transfers and parameters to assure fulfillmentSupply Chain Planning: in-depth understanding of how to manage inventory levels based on Re-Order Point/Lead Time/safety stock/Service Level through maintaining every day service to customers and patientsMaintain Planning parameters in system. Continuous improvement of the processes inventory and cost in Rapid ResponseResponsible for products repository signal, assuring the fulfillment targets (product availability) (MPS, MRP, DRP)Drive the Planning process monthly to communicate to Manufacturing current Demand and Forecast from Sales organization and translate into the production planSet and agree short and long term operational plan to achieve desired inventory levels and achieve Service level goalsSupport the SI&OP process
What you'll bringBachelor's degree in Operations/Logistics or similar degreeMinimum 5 years of related experienceIn-depth understanding of all aspects of end to end supply chainStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAPICS certification preferredAdvanced Excel, Access and systems knowledge requiredAbility to think systematically with proven problem solvingAbility to communicate across multiple levels of the organization, verbally and written
