We're currently working with a company whose cutting-edge AI-powered tools assist law firms, legal professionals, and corporate legal departments by automating legal research, contract analysis, compliance monitoring, and more. By using AI to assist with the research process, they can offer their clients more direct time assisting them.

The ideal candidate is an experienced engineer with a deep understanding of NLP and Optical Character Recognition (OCR), machine learning frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructures. You should have a proven track record of working with advanced NLP techniques. 

This role is full time, fully remote with the end client. 

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience working in machine learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP) with a focus on Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Expertise in LLM architectures and frameworks such as GPT, BERT, or similar. Proficiency in Python and popular machine learning libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers). Hands-on experience deploying AI models to production environments and managing model lifecycle in real-time systems. Strong understanding of NLP techniques such as text generation, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and text summarization. Proven experience with model evaluation, debugging, performance optimization, and ensuring robustness of AI models.

Preferred Experience

BS or higher in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field. Knowledge of data privacy, ethical AI, and bias mitigation in AI systems.
