Job Description
The Testing Team is responsible for managing the North America and EMEA product and non-product curiosities across the business. As the Non-Product Testing Analyst, this individual will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, analysis and reporting of pricing, promotional, visual, operational and real-estate learnings across our family of brands. They will work closely with various cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution, while also playing a heavy hand in the analysis and share out of test results. The ideal candidate is collaborative, detail oriented, highly organized, and a strong communicator. The successful candidate must be a creative problem solver and analytical thinker with a strong sense of urgency.
This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
What Will You Be Doing?
Utilize Mastercard Test & Learn for Sites (APT) tool and ad hoc analyses as necessary to design and analyze tests relating to pricing, promotions, visual merchandising, operations. real estate, and other key company priorities, as needed. Participate in seasonal product milestone meetings for learning agenda alignment and prioritization in partnership with Global Merchandising/Planning and Regional Buying/Planning to drive strategy of non-product tests.Analyze and interpret test reporting based on identified success criteria and KPIs from teamsCollaborate with a range of cross-functional partners daily to facilitate communication of test strategy and coordinate seamless test executionManage both test stores selection using Mastercard T&L and/or ad hoc analyses to ensure representative samples for each test group that are balanced.Oversee the total test store capacity across brands to ensure test stores are clean from any conflicting test learnings and a sufficient pool of clean stores are held out for control strategies.Coach cross functional partners on test key learnings and how to interpret Mastercard T&L results in a digestible way.Communicate the testing calendar and its respective deliverables effectively and clearly so all deadlines are met across teamsLink test performance and decisions made from test back to bulk results to quantify and bookkeep the ROI of tests to aid ongoing strategic conversations on the testing roadmapStay curious on process improvements and partner cross-functionally to deliver and influence new ways of workingContribute to the on-going evolution of the Testing discipline at A&F Co. especially as it relates to learning about and strategically implementing testing best practices and new analyses
What Do You Need To Bring?
Bachelor’s Degree or related experience6+ years in a product facing or data analysis roleKnowledge of Mastercard Test & Learn (APT) or other statistical testing software preferredKnowledge of Power BI, Tableau or other data visualization software preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized and detail orientedStrong analytical skillsAbility to work in a highly collaborative and influential environmentStrong project management and inter-departmental coordination skillsEntrepreneurial spirit with ability to handle significant responsibilityProven ability to independently drive projects to conclusionProficiency in Powerpoint and ExcelStrategic and creative approach to problem solving with an inquisitive, team-oriented, and optimistic attitudeOur Company
