Summary

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Nurse Advisor serves as a clinical and strategic leader, providing expert clinical guidance and leadership across Patient Care Services. This role supports the development of nursing strategies, enhances care delivery, and provides mentorship to nursing leaders. The Senior Nurse Advisor also works closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care and optimize clinical outcomes, offering strategic insight on complex patient care opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

Extensive clinical experience in nursing and nursing leaders (7+ years) Expertise in nursing clinical practice, patient care management, and evidence-based care MSN required and Doctorate preferred 5-7 years’ experience required Licensed as a Registered Nurse, Registered to practice in Maryland
