Clover Leaf Solutions is seeking a highly qualified Senior Occupational Safety/Industrial Hygiene Expert to provide leadership, technical expertise, and strategic direction in support of complex, high-technology projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in occupational safety and industrial hygiene, with a proven ability to manage and direct teams, interface with management and clients, and ensure the successful execution of design, construction, startup, and operations/maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert opinions and recommendations on engineering and technical issues related to occupational safety and industrial hygiene. Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement proper controls during design, construction, and operational phases. Deliver independent reviews, assessments, and guidance in areas of specialized expertise. Lead and manage daily tasks to support ongoing project activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and organizational goals. Develop and enforce work standards, assign schedules, and review work quality to maintain the highest level of performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with management personnel, customer representatives, and project stakeholders. Communicate organizational goals, objectives, and policies to team members while fostering a collaborative work environment. Mentor senior personnel within the project organization to promote professional growth and development.Qualifications:
Education Requirements:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Management.Experience Requirements:
A minimum of 12 years of directly applicable experience in occupational safety and industrial hygiene. Recognized expertise in the specialized technical field of occupational safety/industrial hygiene. Exceptional relationship-building and mentoring abilities. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Demonstrated leadership in managing high-performance teams on complex projects. Familiarity with Department of Energy (DOE) facilities, particularly Category II Nuclear Facilities.
