Overview: We are hiring a Senior OCM Consultant to navigate complex organizational structures to effectively deliver OCM solutions. We are seeking individuals with a background in consulting and delivering solutions for digital transformations and technology implementations at an enterprise scale. The right candidate will be able to consult, lead and deliver for key stakeholders across various industries and technology platforms and have a successful track record in contributing to business growth and developing winning proposals. The Senior OCM Consultant will have mentoring and coaching opportunities to ensure project delivery and team success. The candidate must work well in a team environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Portfolio/work samples will be required to proceed.
