**Senior Office Administrator**
**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
You’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic administrative team that supports key functions within Nike Korea Partner Management Office (PMO), located in Busan, Korea. In this role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders including Accounting, HR, Legal, Procurement, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) & other functions and teammates from different countries to assist with office operations and occupational health & safety activities. Externally, you will coordinate with service providers, travel agencies, and government offices to facilitate office services, travel arrangements, and legal paperwork for expatriates and visitors. You will report to Senior Manager, Accounting & Office Administration.

+ A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
+ A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
+ Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem- solving skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
+ Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a high level of self-motivation.
+ Excellent data management and reporting Skill.
+ A commitment to honesty and integrity.
+ Comfort working with diverse cultures.
**WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**
You will provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth office operations and create a positive experience for employees, visitors, and external partners.
+ Office supplies management: ordering and controlling office supplies
+ Vendor management: partnering with Legal team for contract review and working with vendors for vendor process (Aravo, Coupa, Concur).
+ Office events coordination: providing support for office events, office decoration and renovation.
+ Security management: performing the access card control for both employees and visitors, as well as parking coupons & personal lockers.
+ Occupational Safety & Health: supporting documentation, maintain/update records, arranging meetings and facilitating safety & health related activities.
+ Other admin tasks to ensure seamless office operations and administrative support
+ Logistics: assign drivers/vehicles for office needs and arrange ground transportation for visitors.
+ Transferee support: coordinate with designated vender and support transferees’ relocation.
