Senior Office Coordinator
Senior Office Coordinator | Hazelwood, MOThe Senior Office Coordinator is responsible for working with Branch Management and working closely with the office team. Performs administrative and office support activities,maintains the office environment at a branch office by answering phones, filing and performing special projects and other office-related work. Will also perform cashiering functions such as receives funds from customers and employees, disburse funds, record monetary transactions, and/or issue receipts for funds received, as well as route settlement, auditing and related reporting

Shift and Schedule:

Full-timeMonday- Friday7AM until finish

Responsibilities:

Orientations and all set up of ipads, Iphones, and ordering of uniformsMaintaining/upgrading ipads, iphones when necessaryPreparing Weekly Payroll sheets and distributing reports to staffCustomer Maintenance – setting up new accounts and maintaining old accountsRedemption Center – Keying weekly orders and setting up new redemption centersKeeping JJ Keller files and Drivers Alert training up to date.Back up to SR Office Coordinator – Learning to do cashiering, ordering supplies, engagement events, newsletter and Thank you Thursday.Pull, understand, interpret and report out date in Excel from systems including but not limited to Margin Minder, Salient and SAP.Maintain a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information Total Rewards $20 per hourBenefits, subject to eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement Requirements High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred3 years’ experience in an office setting 3 years of experience with MS Office – Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.2 year cashier/cash handling experienceProfessional oral and written communication skills Experience with SAP or Kronos is a bonus Company Overview
