Leidos is seeking an experienced Senior Office Administrator to join a diverse, highly skilled team to create unique solutions for complex problems involving US weapon systems and training devices. With offices across the United States engaging in the defense, space, cyber and commercial fields, Leidos provides responsive, cost-effective engineering, scientific, intelligence, and IT solutions.
This position entails supporting the administrative, logistical, and IT related requirements for the Lawton/Fort Sill Fires Cyber Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) Protection team. This team currently operates in both unclassified and classified environments at the new Fires Innovation Science and Technology Accelerator (FISTA) complex in Lawton. In addition to typical administrative duties, the office administrator will provide on-site customer support and coordination at Fort Sill as needed and must have knowledge of and be capable of working within classified areas and working within industrial security requirements associated with DoD classified environments.
The primary objective of the Fort Sill CEMA team effort at the FISTA is to help the FIRES Center of Excellence (FCoE) customer create a more realistic training environment for Soldiers operating complex Air and Missile Defense and Field Artillery weapon systems in the presence of complex, multi-dimensional CEMA threats. An important goal for this team’s effort is to improve resiliency and survivability against CEMA threats for both the weapon systems and the Soldiers that operate them. This Senior Office Administrator position directly supports the team in this effort. The candidate would report to the Lawton/Fort Sill CEMA team leadership. This highly professional position requires daily interaction with Leidos and Subcontractor teammates, government, and military customers, FISTA and local community members, and CEMA leadership in Huntsville, Alabama.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintaining and controlling the logistical schedule of the office.
Coordinating with internal and external offices for event support and local engagements both in Lawton and Ft Sill.
Ensuring refreshments and /or office supplies are available for teammates and meetings where applicable.
Maintaining close daily liaison with Leidos and government (FCoE) security and IT experts to ensure all FISTA security and IT requirements are met.
Coordinating with security officers at both Leidos and customer location to ensure Visitor Access Requests (VARs) associated with classified meetings are in place and any associated classified materials are handled properly.
Handling office supply request and purchases.
Ensuring technical equipment within the conference rooms are in place and in working order, (being able to work with IT staff ahead of time when necessary).
Candidate will be responsible for facilitating all important customer meetings and ensuring all resources needed for the meetings are available.
Candidate will be expected to support a growing staff and will be responsible for handling the in-processing of all new hires and closing processes of any team members that are out-processing
Basic Qualifications
Candidate must have a minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess (and be able to maintain) a Final Secret Clearance or meet the eligibility to obtain (and maintain) a Secret Clearance.
Candidate will truly be the comprehensive administrator of the office and team facilities and must be capable of working independently and in close coordination with teammates and customers. A high degree of professionalism, including excellent verbal and written communication skills is expected.
Candidate must be a resident of the Lawton, Oklahoma area, or be willing to relocate to the Lawton, Oklahoma area. *Local (Lawton area) travel on/off-Post could be frequent, and travel back and forth to Huntsville, Alabama may be requested up to 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
Applicants with prior information technology / Help Desk experience will also be strongly considered.
Applicant must have a high degree of interpersonal skills.

Pay Range:Pay Range $53,950.00 - $97,525.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
