Job Description

What is the opportunity?

Based in Jersey, Channel Islands as the Senior Officer, Data Management & Quality you will be responsible for ensuring all Client and Product data is input, controlled effectively and appropriate for purpose. You will assist with Data Remediation of the core systems and servicing of our internal business colleagues with Data Management tasks, within established deadlines and SLA’s.

What will you do?

Ensure the integrity of data across and between multiple systems is maintained.

Assist with the timely completion of Data Remediation and Standardisation projects, including exceptions identified through the Data Quality Dashboards.

Assist with Data Management tasks and projects as directed by Senior Associates/Assistant Managers, Manager of the Data Management and Quality team and the Data Strategy Office Management team to include Data Strategy Initiatives.

Assist with the delivery and completion of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verification (PIV) testing.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that all issues, queries, and obstacles are satisfactorily resolved to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of an appropriate control environment in line with applicable data standards, regulatory requirements, and business unit procedures.

Contribute to the ongoing efficiency, innovations, process review and development of Data Management.

Act as an SME to assist with Optimisation activities including the development of new RPA processes, Service Requests and core application development.

Assist in the rotation and remediation of daily control reports and collation of task information for MI.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

Good understanding of the regulatory environment within which Wealth Management Industry operates.

Track record in excellent service delivery.

Ability to make fast decisions and be willing to escalate issues.

Strong communication, influencing and negotiating skills.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products — specifically Word and Excel.

Ability to make decisions, use initiative and escalate issues when required.

Nice-to-have

Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce, RIBS, Milvus, Triple A, 5 Series, Content Navigator, Avaloq and CLOE.

Ability to articulate data management requirements to other stakeholder groups and functions.
