Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
Utilize various channels to attract, source, and screen potential candidates, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring a positive and informative experience for both candidates and interviewers.
Negotiate offers and manage the offer approval process, addressing candidate questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Design and implement efficient onboarding processes, including orientation programs, to integrate new hires into the organization seamlessly.
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance the employer brand and candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding journey.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other relevant platforms.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
Graduate + Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology.
