Senior Officer- Stores
Manage and oversee the receipt, identification, storage, and issuance of materials to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records Implement and maintain inventory control systems to effectively track and monitor stock levels, minimizing discrepancies and ensuring timely replenishment Coordinate with procurement and production departments to forecast material requirements and ensure availability as per production schedules Supervise the dispatch of materials to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with quality standards Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to validate inventory accuracy and identify any variances or discrepancies Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile inventory valuation and support financial reporting requirements Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in material handling and storage Lead and develop a high-performing store team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback Bachelor's degree in Inventory management ,supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or related field 6-10 years of experience in store management,  Proven track record of effectively managing inventory and implementing efficient storage and dispatch processes Demonstrated experience in coordinating with procurement, production, and logistics teams to meet material requirements
