From equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to reception services, you will be central to our service delivery. **Roles and Responsibilities:** **Equipment Operation & Maintenance:** + Operate high-volume 2D and 3D printing and copying machines, ensuring high quality and efficiency. + Perform essential troubleshooting and escalate technical issues promptly for resolution. + Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, coordinating service calls, and managing job requests. + Maintain communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded. + Maintain detailed records, manage inventory, and calculate charges for services rendered. + Track and report service data, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of tasks and job logs. + Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and smooth delivery of completed jobs. + Assist with various building functions, including meeting room setups and light maintenance duties, as needed. + Uphold safety standards and adhere to protocols while handling equipment, materials, and conducting repairs. + Ensure a secure and safe work environment for both staff and clients. **Qualifications:** **Must Have:** + High school diploma or GED with at least one year of relevant work experience. + Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite. + Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. **Nice to Have:** + Previous experience in copy jobs or related fields. + Basic knowledge of electronics and copier equipment repair. + Valid driver’s license and minimum auto insurance coverage.
