Candidates should have experience with PDFs, Excel, Word, and Binding/Tab jobs. This role will require sorting through the office mail and scanning it, so attention to detail is important. The manager is looking for someone who is adaptable and willing to cross-train in other areas so that they can provide coverage with conference room set-up, coffee set-up, and reception. Candidates who have worked at Fedex Kinkos, Staples, or a copy center would be great! **Key Responsibilities:** Excellent customer service skills. Good PC skills. Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize. Mathematical and filing skills. Ability to use office machines and technical equipment Develops and maintains necessary files and records to maximize performance and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
