ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior** **OneStream Consultant** to join our team. This is a remote position with up to 10% travel This person will be responsible for development and maintenance of the FM practice’s OneStream technical resources. This position will focus on the recruiting of OneStream talent, development and allocation of OneStream resources to programs, and development methodologies that support the overall Digital Practice Financial Management CPM capability. The Senior OneStream Consultant will also provide reach back on projects as needed to ensure that barriers to successful delivery are overcome. **Responsibilities include but not limited to:** + **Talent and Resource Management** + Maintain Practice-wide visibility of FM OneStream Practitioners. Working with P&C, maintain overall listing, level, and proficiency of FM CPM resources. + Enable OneStream community activities through: + Certification prep/study groups + Training application content, material, refresh & maintenance + Consistent participation in "Ask the Experts" and suggest ideas on how to improve + Curate content on consulting training (e.g., How to be a successful consultant) + Coordinate with FM CPM Director on: + Project delivery standards and optimizing staffing mix on projects to build highly performing teams + Work with People & Culture (P&C) to align CPM training requirements with Established Career Paths + Work with P&C to ensure that training and development needs of CPM practitioners are met + **Coordinate with FM Tech Director to support development of OneStream** + Accelerators + Baseline Solutions + **Thought Leadership** + Maintain and matriculate CPM Delivery Methodologies to include related artifacts, reusable OneStream code, and processes. + Ensure these methodologies and artifacts are communicated to practitioners and projects. + **Growth** + Support business development, sales / capture, and proposal development activities to increase Pwin on OneStream opportunities. + Ensure technical solutions included in proposal responses meet client requirements and objectives + **Delivery** + Provide reach-back for projects as needed + Directly support programs to ensure successful delivery from a program management perspective + Deliver outcomes on OneStream implementation projects, with support from Client Experience and Delivery + Responsible for client satisfaction, partner satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and the delivery of outcomes and ROI on every project + Architect/design OneStream solutions that meet customer requirements on multiple projects simultaneously + Facilitate requirements meetings with top level client stakeholders **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business + 15+ years of relevant experience + OneStream practice leadership experience building and leading high performing teams + Expert knowledge of OneStream implementation and delivery methodologies + Must be an expert solution architect and current on OneStream best practice and emerging solutions + Must be able to guide and facilitate customers through definition of OneStream technology strategy and roadmap discussions **Clearance Requirements** + US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
