SENIOR OPENTEXT CBEDS ADMINISTRATOR Salary – $150,000 range annually, plus benefits – Commensurate with experience Start date – April 7th Clearance – Active Secret DoD Certification - IAT-II Remote , with a quarterly meeting at one of the below sites, depending on home location: (must be local to one of these locations) Columbus and Dayton, Ohio; Battle Creek, Michigan; Philadelphia and New Cumberland, Pennsylvania; Fort Belvoir and Richmond, Virginia; Ogden, Utah ALTA IT Services has two direct hire openings for Senior OpenText CBEDS Administrators to support our client in the defense sector. RESPONSIBILITIES + The Open Text Intelligent Capture administrators are responsible for managing batch classes and instances. + They also create regular expressions to identify what information in the documents is extracted and validated for the operator to process and review. + Work with software developers and OpenText admins to integrate Intelligent Capture services on both ends. + Install, configure, and maintain repair; upgrade required Intelligent Capture systems. + Develop or install plug-ins to add additional functionality or customize their solution beyond a regular installation. This includes web service API guides, scripting guides, external applications, custom integrations, and more. + Provide advanced custom development of the Open Text Intelligent Capture solution. + Create new scan form templates and edit existing scan templates. + Ensures the stable operation of the in-house computer software systems and network connections. This includes planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all network software and communication links. + Analyzes and resolves end-user software program and connectivity issues. + Provides end-user training. Provide recommendations on technology direction to align with business vision. + Will be required to provide both local and remote maintenance support to various operational systems deployed at more than one location. Support includes general maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications. + Applies advanced technical knowledge of application networking, including load-balancing applications and ensuring fault tolerance. + Performs vulnerability management. MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: + Five (5) years of progressive experience in the field of Information Processing, two of which are specialized in numerous specialized Information Processing disciplines involving a range of hardware/software solutions, two of which are concentrated, hands-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with Ephesoft software. + Two (2) years of experience in Ephesoft or OpenText capture systems containing PII, PHI, and HIPAA information in a multi-tenant environment.
