The Senior Operational Audit Manager provides oversight of financial, operational and compliance audits and reviews of divisions, international country operations, manufacturing plants and corporate functions.
The Audit Manager reports to the VP of Audit Services and has direct supervisory responsibility for 3-4 Senior and Staff level Auditors within the Operational Audit team. There are two other Audit Managers that manage an additional 5 – 6 auditors. All Managers co-lead the Operational Audit team within Audit Services. As a leader of Audit Services, you will be provided opportunities to participate in the design and implementation of audit procedures throughout the organization, bring new and creative ideas to improve audit quality and efficiency of operations and train, mentor and motivate staff. This position provides broad, rapid, and high level exposure to Ecolab operations and senior management.
What You Will Do:
Manage and conduct financial and operational reviews to ensure adequate controls are in place, company policies are complied with, financial data is accurately reported, and processes/operations are efficiently and effectively performedProvide support to the audit lead through sharing insights and coaching on audit planning activities, being responsive to questions and providing timely review feedbackSupervise, coach and mentor members of the audit teamDevelop and train staff related to audit techniques and the audit processPerform high risk, high exposure special assignments as requestedManage multiple deadlines across multiple teams to ensure timely and accurate audit reportingLead annual and semi-annual risk assessment process to develop annual audit planDirect department initiatives related to continual improvement of the audit processCollaborate with peers in the overall management of the departmentStay informed of relevant accounting and business trends and issuesParticipate in IIA or other professional business networking opportunitiesMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Finance7 years of experience in public accounting, internal audit, accounting, or finance, including 3 years in either public accounting and/or internal auditing1 year of supervisory or management experienceImmigration sponsorship is not available for this rolePreferred Qualifications:

The base salary range for this position is $117,200.00 - $175,800.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
