Job Responsibilities:\n

Responsible for the operational planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program\/project. Responsible for fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program; serves as principal point of representation for JCC2 PMO and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters and provides day-today professional guidance and leadership as appropriate to the area of expertise.\n
\n

Job Description: \n\n\n

Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports\n\n\n

Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis. Ensures adherence to JCC2 PMO directives and quality standards and reviews project deliverables.\n\n\n

Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.\n\n\n

Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.\n\n\n
\n

Qualifications:\n\nTen (10) years of overall related experience in the functional area and a bachelor's degree in related field required. A master's degree may substitute for 2 years of experience. \nFive (5) years of relevant experience, experience leading complex DevSecOps programs with an emphasis on cloud, cyber and platform technologies.\nThree (3) years' experience managing teams and projects using agile, and\/or spiral development models.\nSAFe Agilist, PMI, PMP or PgMP certifications required. \nTS\/SCI clearance required. \n\n

Required Qualifications:\n\nProject Management experience or equivalent field Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Agile Certification\nBroad understanding of operational cyber landscapes\nPractical experience using JIRA and Confluence for project management\n\n

Desired Qualifications:\n\nCertified Information Systems Security\nProfessional (CISSP) Certification\nProgramming and query language experience\nStrong project management skills with experience in DevOps and\/or SAFe\/Agile\nAtlassian Collaboration tools\nAWS SysOps Administrator certification\nRed Hat certification\nGovernment or military cyber experience\n\n
