We are looking for a colleague who can strengthen our operational quality & excellence support team within global quality & excellence (GQ&E). Role and responsibilitiesLead quality & excellence focused projects, initiated either within GQ&E or based on pull from the ASML sectors and/or BL.Being able to transform stakeholder needs into concrete project proposals, form high performing project teams and get buy-in to start projects.Represent the quality function and drive quality related topics in key improvement programs across ASML.Be a trusted advisor on quality & excellence related aspects within the ASML sectors and Business Lines.Closely collaborate with the ASML quality & excellence teams and quality related competence teams.Be an active member within in the quality & excellence community and drive the transformation towards a ‘living quality culture’ for ASML by applying the core company values challenge, collaborate and care.In order to be successful you have to be able to:
Manage complex projects and complex stakeholder groups.Deliver sustainable solutions with a clear handover to process owners in the organization.Communicate effectively around projects and activities at different levels in the organization.Use data to generate information as a key source to steer the projects and gain evidence to show improvements.Work independently or with a team to make the impact.
Education and experienceMaster or Bachelor degree in (industrial) engineering or equivalent.10+ years (project & change) management experience in a dynamic and complex industry.Strong analytical and continuous improvement skills. Six Sigma or Lean certification is a pre.Understand and have experience driving quality related projects in a complex environment.Experience with implementation of change and improvement projects or ability to do so.Experience with functional leading a team of professionals.
