As a Senior Operations Accounting Analyst, Oak Creek, you will have ownership of all things operations accounting and cost management for the Oak Creek, WI Industrial Segment manufacturing site. You will also support ad hoc requests across the Industrial, Automotive, and Packaging coatings USCA business. You will report to the Operations Accounting Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Perform monthly closing procedures and account reconciliationsEvaluate account reconciliations to identify trends and ensure accuracy of the account balances.Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis on an ongoing basis to service manufacturing and business leadership.Help facilitate and perform re-costing and analyze results to understand real-time cost changes.Support the plant manager and the leadership team with understanding results, proactive cost actions, capital investment analysis, and other ad-hoc tasks.Oversee inventory accounting and physical inventory financial practices for the plant and nearby warehouse.Help with SOX audit compliance and other issues raised by internal and external audit.Support the Regional Finance Manager Industrial Segment Operations leadership.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field with 4+ years of experience.Outstanding Excel knowledge required.Strong communication and leadership skills required.Strong analytical and problem solving skillsOracle and costing experience, preferred.Quarterly travel to Oak Creek, WI.Benefits: health/dental/vision/life insurance, family leave, 401K, PTO and more! #LI-Hybrid
