Senior Operations Analyst

**_Position Overview:_**
_This position would be situated in the London Middle Office, that supports, services and partners with Global FX Portfolio Management Teams._
**Responsibilities:**
+ Manage post-trade lifecycle events for all Global FX transactions within the Neuberger Berman Order Management System (OMS) using BlackRock Aladdin.
+ Deliver Beginning-of-Day (BoD) portfolio readiness to Portfolio Managers by reviewing and resolving reconciliation exceptions between custody systems and the OMS (Aladdin), ensuring timely resolution of issues related to cash, transactions, and holdings.
+ Conduct daily position and transaction exception reviews and reconciliations across OMS (Aladdin), Portfolio Accounting Platforms, and Custodian systems, ensuring accuracy and swift issue resolution.
+ Oversee trade fails management and settlement processes for all Global FX transactions.
+ Facilitate new business onboarding by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate setup of new portfolios within Neuberger Berman’s infrastructure.
+ Serve as the primary point of interaction with custodian banks for trade notifications and portfolio administration tasks. Resolve trade discrepancies with banks/brokers, including managing and addressing trade and position queries.
+ Execute month-end attestation reporting for pending risks, such as trade fails, errors, and aged reconciliation items.
+ Manage the broker setup process for FX and Global Fixed Income (GFI), including EMS/DMS data configuration, and maintain broker relationships as the Broker Relationship Manager.
+ Act as the primary operational contact for both internal clients (Portfolio Managers, Sales and Trading, Compliance Officers, and other functional groups) and external clients (custodian banks, broker-dealers, auditors, and underlying clients) on all operational-related matters.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:**
+ Experience: 1–2 years of experience with BlackRock Aladdin is preferred.
+ Technical Skills: Strong understanding of key asset management systems and their data requirements.
+ Communication: Excellent documentation and communication skills.
+ Time Management: Comfortable working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities effectively.
+ Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision.
+ Collaboration & Independence: Proven ability to be a strong team player while also working independently when required.
+ FX Expertise: In-depth knowledge of foreign exchange transactions and data flows.
