Position Overview:
The Senior Operations Analyst position offers an exciting opportunity for career growth, with the potential to transition into a management role for those who demonstrate strong leadership capabilities. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working alongside cross-functional teams from various disciplines and regions. The role will mainly focus in servicing the incentive plan data for our Professional Services group. Heavy work in data management and manipulation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide ongoing operational support to Global Delivery teams, including Professional Services, Managed Services, Client Support, and Client Success.Analyze operational and financial data to drive decision-making and improve efficiency.Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive user and procedural documentation.Support the development of reporting frameworks to meet the requirements of Global Delivery organizations.Contribute to the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of Global Services’ systems such as OpenAir and Salesforce.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and streamline processes for integrating newly acquired companies into the Professional Services, Managed Services, Client Support, and Client Success departments, with a focus on efficiency, clear timelines, and eliminating duplicate efforts.Lead regular meetings and cross-team plan reviews, serving as a key escalation point to ensure successful integration and timely resolution of issues.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Experience working with Smartsheets preferred.Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.Highly responsive and dedicated to meeting customer needs.Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of managing multiple priorities.Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones, including APAC and EMEA.We’re obsessed with making this the best job you’ve ever had!
